If you notice oxidation on your jewelry, there's no need to worry. You can easily restore its luster by using a soft toothbrush with a small amount of toothpaste to gently brush the surface. We kindly advise against using wire or copper brushes, as they may harm our delicate hand-carved textures.

Orders canceled within 24 hours will be fully refunded.

Cancellation after 24 hours will incur a $1.75 handling fee.

Trade in Policy

As part of our commitment to customers, we offer an unconditional trade-in policy for your Bluera jewelry. Regardless of whether your jewelry has fallen out of favor, is no longer functional, or has broken, we will gladly accept your unwanted Bluera jewelry. You are entitled to choose between a 5% cash back of the item's price or a 15% discount on your future purchases as a heartfelt token of our gratitude.
